The “Heat the Burgh” initiative is seeking the support of our local community. We encourage you to nominate families in Western Pennsylvania who are struggling with a non-functioning gas furnace or living in unsafe conditions. Let’s join forces to bring about a positive change in their lives. Once the nomination form is submitted, our dedicated committee will thoroughly review all entries and carefully select approximately 15 deserving candidates. To qualify, each nominee must meet the initial criteria of owning a home with a gas furnace as their primary heating source. We also require information regarding the current functionality of their heating system. Once narrowed down, we will assign a “Heat the Burgh” nominee to each participating Carrier dealer in the program. They will then arrange a preliminary site visit to confirm the presence of a gas furnace and guarantee their team’s safety during the installation process. Upon completing all the necessary steps on our “Heat the Burgh” checklist, a friendly local Carrier dealer will reach out to you to schedule the installation of a brand new Carrier gas furnace in the nominee’s home. This installation will provide significant warmth and comfort throughout the colder months.
